As you plan for employees to return to work after COVID-19 it is important to maintain safety, remain in compliance, and rebuild morale.

There are a number of steps to take to ensure you are properly communicating new policies to employees that align with your new cannabis workforce management strategies. If staffing needs have changed or common procedures have been affected in response to the marketplace, you must plan workforce deployment methods accordingly. 

It's possible you have new members of management that need to be properly trained. This training should include how to deal with employees that may face increased personal challenges during this time, such as bereavement and loss, childcare and school-cancellation challenges, financial stress, and other dependent care and support needs.
