Welcome to the new age of technology! You’re probably hearing that quite a bit, and as a People professional, you’re looking towards technology to help enhance the employee experience…. Or maybe you’re not. Across 16 media articles, one of the common themes for “2022 HR Trends” is the development of the People Tech Stack. All companies are looking to invest more money into technology to create a more strategic workforce. In an article by PWC, they summarized that “Most technology investments meet or exceed expectations for HR leaders, with the move to the cloud especially valuable.” (SOURCE) 

You may already have an HRIS or HCM system (Like Wurk) at your disposal, but that is one piece of the whole People ecosystem. From Recruiting to Offboarding, there are various tools that could be beneficial to your organization. It might even give your People teams more focus on People rather than service with implementing People technology.
